- Farm and project details — farm type, farm size, service needed, urgency of request, and related project information you provide to help us match you with suitable consultants or service providers.

- Consent records — timestamps and version identifiers for privacy, marketing, and data-sharing consent you provide.

- Directly from you when you submit a form, enquiry, or request to be matched with a consultant or service provider.

- To match you with relevant consultants, advisors, suppliers, or delivery partners based on your project needs, location, and preferences.
- To share your contact and project details with matched service providers where you have provided explicit data-sharing consent.

- Matched consultants and service providers — where you have provided explicit consent to share your details for the purpose of receiving a service. We limit disclosure to a maximum of 3 matched providers per enquiry.

- Related entities — other SmartFarm cluster websites operated by Galapagos Ventures Pty Ltd (smartfarm.guide, smartfarm.finance, smartfarm.training) for purposes consistent with the original collection.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. Disclosure to matched service providers only occurs with your explicit consent.
6. Overseas disclosure
Some service providers (e.g. Google, Cloudflare, Netlify) may store or process data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure those providers comply with obligations substantially similar to the APPs.
